My System Specs

Default change the direction of my gx2 fan
i was wondering if i changed the flow direction of my fan on my 9800gxx and forced alot of air in the other way (antec 1200 case fan in perfect spot) if it would make a difference. and if it would how do i do it.

can't do it.

fan blades are designed to only work one way.

You must have that 9800GTX cranked up pretty high, both my GTX+'s stay under 60* at full Folding load in my Antec 1200.

That was/is an issue with those x2 Cards...heat.....I never did like that terrible cooling solution whereby most of the heat is simply directed into the case. Poor design....good luck with it.

......Its Official, Van Canucks are in a "Re-Building Stage"..forget about Peripherals, they need a new Platform, as in Mobo, CPU n RAM

Oops , sorry I misunderstood. How bad are the temps on those cards?. Do you have that top fan on high by chance, I found I got better temps with it on low..

when u want to game i turn all the fans up cause my surround sound overpowers the noise of the tower, but as for temps gpu2 hits 90c in games that dont support sli otherwise the sit around 80 with the fan at 100%, i think its time to call evga and get a replacement or find a waterblock.
