Question Need to know you're 4870 dimensions

hi everyone,

i am shoping for a 4870 and i would like to know the dimensions. i have searched around the net and there is not much info. i have also noticed, with pictures, that some brands seems longuer then others because of the cooler they use. And because i have limited space in my case i realy need to know the exact dimensions.

Since many of you own the card, it would be very greatfull from you guys if you could mesure you're 4870 lenght (end to end) and tickness and post the results and dont forget to specify the exact brand and model. with many results i might be able to find the right card.

i tank you very much for the help

ok thats the palit. but maybe some are shorter or maybe it is on a reference design? Also on the palit the cooler is shorter then the card but on the sapphire the cooler seems to be longuer then the card

makes you wonder if they're able to add an extra GPU on just 1.5 inches of PCB then why does a single GPU have to be so dam long...

as for the OP i'd measure mine but it's out for RMA

thx 4DoorGTZ i think most are 9,5inch but how about the 1gb version NCIX.com - Buy Palit Radeon HD 4870 Sonic Dual Edition 775MHZ 1GB GDDR5 VGA HDMI DVI Display Port PCI-E Video Card - AE=4870S+0502 In Canada.. do you think this one is also 9.5inch.

i heard the 1gb is well worth it over the 512mb version
