Have you bought yet? If not, you may wanna consider waiting until the 55nm cards are being stocked. They'll likely run a bit cooler and offer more overclocking headroom. Just a thought.

Yes and the 55nm version will use less power, if you don't overclock or get an factory OC'd version.
