Default 9800GTX Black Edition?

good card? a whole lot better than the 9800GTX or 9800GTX+?

It is less than 30Mhz faster (core speed) than the GTX+. That will net you very little in the way of performance gains IMO.

also the gtx+ has PhysX .. nice card them black edtion nearly bought one a bit back

Dont they both have physX enabled through drivers?

they do yes . but the gtx+ is better for it . even though physx goes down to 8 series
