Thanks! I thought it was hopeless. But then again, I heard bad things about ATI manufacturer support.. What are my chances of getting the card RMAed?

Try switching PCI-e slots first, but... From what I hear of Diamond, Its best to call their head office number directly. I hear that they're slow to respond to email's and support ticket's.

Frankly, thats why I bought/buy HIS card from NCIX, support is directly done with NCIX for the whole year (instead of the usual 30 days). When I buy nVidia I go eVGA.

I think I just found the problem.

After a bunch of testing, it turns out Catalyst AI is the culprit. I disabled that and I ran CoD4 flawlessly.
