Cheapo vid card recommendation

I want to get a couple cheapie PCI vid cards for additional displays and am wondering if someone knows of a good one to use off the top of their head. I obviously don't need any serious power but do have a few requirements.

1.)Will be used to drive 20" monitors @ 1680x1050.
2.)My main vid card is a nVidia so I'd like to stick to those to avoid running ATI and nVidia drivers, that sounds like asking for trouble to me.
3.)I want passive cooling so obviously low power requirtements, no external power jack would be a bonus too.
4.)Need DVI output.

PCI. I probably could use PCI-E 1x but I've never seen any plus I don't want to crowd my main card.

There are a couple NV cards EVGA E-GEFORCE 6200 is not to shabby and runs around $55
unfortunately most dont support dual DVI only single VGA/DVI

Hmm that's a better idea. I was going to run two singles but one dual display card sounds like a neat solution. It sounds like I'll have to do some digging if they're as hard to find as you say.

I didnt want to get your hopes up with the Dual DVI PCI thing when I said unfortuantely most dont offer Dual DVI but offer Single VGA and SIngle DVI like the one me and 3.0 reccomended I only said "most" as a safety because I havent seen it but maybe somwhere's out in the blackness of the Web there may be one.

Well it isnt really cheapo and it is a PCIe 16 card and it's ATI but the
ASUS EAH3870X2/G/3DHTI/1G Radeon HD 3870 X2 is listed at around $268 online that has 4 DVI outputs there are also a few more options from ATI that offer quad DVI but once again not in PCI.

That's the closest match I've came up with too. eVGA says it will do dual, has some nview multi-display technology. They're only a couple of aux. monitors so I suppose running them in analog won't bee too bad.
