The choice is yours, if you plan on going SLI than wait and get a 8800GTS or an 8600 Ultra when it comes it out. The 7900GS will be discontinued by NVIDIA once the the 8600 series is launched.

If you do not go SLI here a a couple of reveiws that ping the X1950 Pro against the 7900GS

I think I'll stick with the Asus M2N-E and with radeon x1950 pro, it doesn't make sense to go to sli at the moment.
And if I'm not changing the mainboard I'm going to buy a pair of OCZ Platinum XTC REV.2 PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-15 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit, instead of the 1gb one.

So, it's kinda like this:

1.ASUS AMD Socket AM2 Motherboard M2N-E, nForce 570 Chipset
2. AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4600+ Socket AM2 Processor 2.4Ghz 64bit
3.Western Digital 500GB SATA-II 16MB 7200RPM
4.OCZ Platinum XTC REV.2 PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-15 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel
5.Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro 256MB/256bit
6.Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy
7.OCZ GameXStream 600W
8.ANTEC SOLO
9.Freezer64 pro for the cpu

I would like your opinion on this, if you think there would be some sort of incompatibility or other problem, just let me know, post. :)

Excellent choices. I'm getting a Sapphire X9150 Pro myself.

The memory is a good choice also. You can't go wrong with 2GB.

Where are you getting the Audigy sound card from?

My dealings with Canada Computers was okay when I went into the Kingston store and purchased stuff in person, online I've never purcahsed anything, they are a pain in the ass when you need to return something.

I would suggest RB Computing here in Ottawa. They have excellent customer service and the price is the same $99.00

They shouldn't RB Computing is very good. They are currently out of stock but have 20 coming in on the April 5th and only have 17 back ordered, so you may want to place your order now.

If I the stock runs out I will buy one from canadacomputers or find another one, but I don't think that will be necessary.
