Unhappy PC Crashed and wont turn back on! HELP!

Hardware Specs:

-Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z (990 FX Chipset)
-CPU: AMD 8350 Black Edt, Stock Speed
-Ram: Patriot Viper 1866 running at 1600 <-Supspect* But idk??
-GPU: MSI GTX 660 oc from factory 1033, 1097 boost clock
-Power: 1000w EVGA Supernova
-Memory: Samsung SSD 120, Seagate HDD 1TB
-Optical: Asus DVD/Rom RW

I was browsing the web watching a youtube vid when my pc crashed, I went to turn it back on and it powered on for a quick sec and immediately turned off again. The Q code of (F.F.) flashes for a sec then shuts off with the rest of the system. I sometimes get a Q code of (40) on my motherboard and i believe its from the ram I was using as its not optimized for my AMD system cud this be fail point? Did I overlook anything or at worst fry something??

FF is a general code that means something went fatally wrong. Could be a bad board, ram, cpu, anything.

Reset everything and hope it recovers.

its a stupid fail safe thing these boards come with. You have to shut the power supply off for 10 seconds and turn back on reboot. Its a "feature" of the overclocking to help you reset the board back to stock.
