Angry GPU Graphical Glitch/bug: Random doubled lines in games

*Please look at the screenshots!!!*

This past week, I have been getting these double dash lines all across my screen whenever I am in a game. Sometimes they only show up on some textures/surfaces, and other times they take up the whole screen. It is really annoying to play with because these lines are flashing very fast.

Anyone know what is the problem?
Do I need to send back my GTX760 back to gigabyte to get a fixed one?
Is this a driver bug? (R331 Drivers, Nvidia GeForce Experience)
I've tried running shadowplay on and off to see if it would make a difference, nothing so far.

If anyone can shed some light on what I can do to get rid of this problem, your help will be greatly appreciated. :) (If you have any questions, ask here, I'll be checking the topic thoroughly until I find out a solution)

Don't have any of those games. You may want to report your game settings for others.

It looks like a texture problem.

What settings are you using for those games? Have you changed any of them (one by one)
Have you tried an older driver?

Have you tried a different cable?
What monitor? and have you tried a different monitor?

Did you reseat the video card?
What CPU/Motherboard/OS?

I'm pretty sure it is a texture problem. Something to do with my 760 most likely.
I'm positive its not my cord or monitior, since its what is being rendered is the problem (I think)

As for settings, Borderlands 2....

Fullscreen
Vsync On
1920x1080
Ambient Occlusion On
Depth of feild On
16x AA
All high settings (texture, game finish)
FXAA on

I'm going to try to reseat my video card right after I post this, check to see if anything is fixed, then I'll try a different driver. Then I'll go see if I get the same problem on Linux.

Btw, my specs are on my profile if you need to check that out.

Thanks for the tips so far

Still nothing yet. I've tried basically all I can I think.
Nvidias new drivers, new bios update for my Mobo, reseating the card, etc.

What would even cause a graphical glitch like that most times anyways? Could it be the GPU chip itself? or the ram? something?

What I have noticed tho is, sometimes its better, like less noticable, but then it will get worst too.

What you are seeing is generally an issue with the graphics card. I'd just RMA it and call it a day.

definitely rendering funny on certain textures. I'd be trying different NVidia card if possible to rule out drivers. I've seen this sort of thing happen in the past from add ons and mods. Or beta maps/games that load beta textures

Yeah it is weird, I normally get the lines on specific textures, and only mostly textures closer to your view.

On the other hand...
I just cleared my mobo CMOS and loaded optimized defaults, and the problem still exists.

I really don't want to RMA my card right now, I just got a ton of stuff from the steam Autumn sale, I have break from school soon, and exams I need to study for after.
So basically all stuff I would like my computer working for.

Maybe around new year if the problem still exists I'll RMA it. Never done a RMA before in my life. Exciting.

UPDATE:

I think I have found of what the problem is...

I disabled Steam Overlay, and I have not been getting this graphical bug on any of the games I have loaded lately.
Now this kind of doesn't make sense to me, but at the same time it does.

I realized I have not noticed this bug in games that do not launch through steam. (Dirt3, Farcry3, GTA4)

Anyways, I'm happy that I'm able to play Dota and Borderlands 2 without those annoying lines. But at the cost of having no steam overlay. :(

Edit:

Spoke too soon, the problem came back -.-
