My System Specs

Default Anyone with a Dell XPS13

I was wondering if anyone out there has one of these XPS 13 ultrabooks and if they can verify something for me. I want to know if the power jack looks the same as this one:
http://sdrv.ms/13PtyA3

The reason I ask is because the power adapter plugs in and is extremely loose. Because of this it doesn't charge all the time and it sometimes gives a message about it being the incorrect AC adapter. The thing is I already got the ac adapter replaced a little while ago on this users machine and they said it was better but now it is not.

I also want to know what the part number is on your adapter if possible as I want to make sure that we have and got the right one for replacement. The one we have is Dell P/N: 03RG0T

Thanks for any help people can give.

It's broken. There should be a solid ring of plastic surrounding the inner pins.

I had to replace my power connector on the motherboard for the Asus laptop a few months ago. Kid was using the power cord as a swing gym.
