Default Screw hole broken.

Yes bring on the dirty minds here.

My case, Fractal Design Core 1000 has a broken screw hole at PCI slot.

The screw is just spinning around and it's not coming loose. It's not necessary for me and would like to remove it.

What's the easiest way to remove this with using least amount of tools and least damage to the case. Case is flimsy??

sounds like either the screw itself if partly stripped or the hole is striped , either way take a small pair or pliers or pliers or a small vise grip and then clamp onto the screw pull up and turn it counter clockwise until it feels like it is grabbing some thread then switch back to your screw driver and unscrew it

Another potentially simple solution is to apply pressure (as much as necessary) on the bottom of the screw - essentially trying to push it out of the screw hole - while gently unscrewing it from the inside of the case.

I ended up just using a wrench to move the screw back and forth to widen the hole and pull it out.
