I had symptoms like that a long time ago on an old system, and if I remember correctly, it was a bad stick of RAM. run Memtest and see if any errors come up.

The reason I'm suggesting the driver reinstall is because there's always the chance that something went wrong somewhere. If you decide to do it, you'll need to do a full uninstall - the name of the software to do it escapes me for some reason - before you install them again.

Realtek Audio Driver try this driver

also check RST driver in device (get the F6 intall drv) manager try intel inf driver
