Default Weird audio problem

I can't figure out for the life of me why all of a sudden I lost audio. I plug in my headset, the OS knows its connected and it even gives me feedback that audio is playing in Volume Control, however, no audio comes through the headsets. I've already tried 2 different headsets, and they both work on my Mac. I've already uninstall the audio drivers and still no result. I'm running out of ideas.

Using a front panel connection? Check that the plug into the motherboard hasn't come loose. Otherwise you may have worn out the jack.

I'm using the rear jack, if the jack is worn out would it still show connected devices though?

No, because it's not getting an electrical connection if that's the case. I'd double check your configuration, make sure that your onboard audio is the default device for your speakers and headphones. Most video cards now have onboard audio as well so they can pass sound over HDMI, which leads to confusion when you try to set things up.

Yeah it's default, if you look at the screenshot I posted the speakers are set as default. :(

And do the headphones work if you plug them into the green speaker jack?

Nope they don't, I get feedback from the OS that they are working, but no audio comes out. They work fine on my laptop

And speakers work, but the headphones don't? Or are you not getting any sound from that jack?

Im not getting audio from the jack at all. I'll remove the video card and see if anything changes. I've installed Windows and same problem, so its not a drivers problem, this is driving me nuts

Thanks for the help so far guys
