Rogers STB (4642HD) Repair?

Curious, does anyone know somebody who is able to repair Rogers STB's? I have a broken 4642HD which I suspect just needs a firmware flash (somehow). It comes up with Err99 on the display after multiple reboots and quite some time.

I had bought this box out-right about 2yr ago ago, prior to Rogers changing the warranty to 2 years, so I was SOL and ended up joining the "rent to buy" program instead.

However, the guy at the store told me if I could find somebody to fix it that they'll still allow it and re-add it to my account. The question is, who or where would I take it?
