Should be pretty easy to fix, Ive repaired a lot worse. Just need a magnifying glass, small screwdriver and a steady hand.

If you are unable to fix it yourself you might be able to send it back to asus for them to fix for a fee. I know a gentleman on this forum sent back his ASRock board to get the socket repaired for a $50 fee.
