Asrock Extreme4 - USB Mouse/Keyboard are crashing my Nvidia Drivers....

So, new build:

3770K
AsRock Z77 Extreme4
Patriot Mamba 2x8GB 1600
MSI GTX670 PE
Corsair TX850
Razer Lycosa
Logitech MX518

Here is the background on the issue. I get the Nvidia "Driver Not Responding/has Recovered" Black Screen every 30 seconds or so IF the mouse/keyboard are sitting idle. If I move the mouse around I can easily run an entire Heaven 4.0 run, if I leave the mouse idle it will crash constantly.

I can play games almost fine because i'm either pressing keys or moving the mouse, but once they sit idle...BAM, driver crash.

I have tried:
Multiple OS reinstalls (Win 8/Win7)
3 Video card, GTX 670, GTX 470 and a 8800GT
Different SSD drives for OS
Reseat CPU
Ram MEMTEST which passed 100%
1 stick of each DIMM instead of running both
Changed RAM timings
Upping the voltage slightly on everything
NCIX has tested the Corsair TX850 and it passes
Unplugged everything: fans, fan controller, extra hdd etc..
Tried a new Power cable
Tried a new wall socket
tried a new power bar

NOTHING helps. I'm guessing my next thing is to just replace the mobo?

I'm noticing a distinct lack of "Tried different Keyboard/Mouse" from that list of troubleshooting attempts. That would be the first thing I would try.

Tried it but forgot to write it.

I figured it out. Turns out I have to install the AsRock Intel HD4000 drivers AFTER I install the Nvidia drivers. If I install a set of Nvidia driver without removing and reinstalling the HD4000 ones the Nvidia drivers go bonkers. Dunno why the hell but it does that but it has solved the problem so far!
