That noise is probably the pump running dry.. sounds very much like the cooler bit the big one..

Do I contact Coolit or Cosair?

I havent been able to test my Video card yet but would you agree its very likely dead as well as it sits right below the heatsink?
Same with my processor.

Contact Coolit

If they are able to do something its most likely going to require you to ship them everything that was damaged or could have been damaged.
If its out of warranty they may not do anything, but if they stand by their product which I believe they will it should turn out fair.
