Question about case thermal
 

I plan on giving my uncle my old E8400 with a Nvidia 8600GT or 8800GT. However, I only have 2 cases to use and I feel both of them are inadequate in terms of thermal. One is an old Lan Li with 2x80mm front and 1x80mm rear. Another is a genetic case with 2x80mm front and 2x80mm rear. Or I can upgrade to a 200R myself and give him my old Centurion 5 with 1x120mm rear, 1x80mm front, and HDD cage with 120mm fan.

While neither of those cases sound like they have great flow I think it will be more than enough for that system....however, if you are looking for a reason to upgrade your own case then the two you mentioned are completely inadequate and should not be used.

I been itching to upgrade ever since the 200R came out. I'm running an AMD 1055T with 4x4GB of RAM and a Galaxy 570 MDT in a Centurion 5 (as configured above) and it's making me feel a bit uncomfortable.
