its the error itself that does as suggested its 99% your memory that causes that error.

So.. start running memtest.
to you obviously - but this error is not typically associated with the RAM itself.
for example from this page Windows XP Stop errors
0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0xA
Drivers are using improper memory addresses. Check for buggy device drivers.

Note: Stop 0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL messages are very similar to 0x000000D1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL messages and the same troubleshooting principles apply. If you cannot resolve your 0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL then try the 0x000000D1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL section.

There are many articles on the 'net addressing this error and others similar.

For example these MSKB Articles

I've encountered this error on an Asus A7XN8X-Deluxe board that was caused by the Silicon Image Sata controller driver in combination with Windows Update critical updates (excluding any drivers from WU). Using a driver from the SI site or the most recent version from Asus resolved the issue. RAM tested fine with 12 hours of memtest. The problematic file was named in the BSOD.
