You've: flashed the latest BIOS, loaded the default settings, disabled ECC, right? Other than that, if you confirm that the board is stable under load with both 6128s then yes, there is an imcompatibility with the Extra Spicy 6234s. Unless DT has other ideas, I'm out. You may want to contact 10e, he has experience with ES chips too.
