Cant get past APTIO set up on my labtop
 

Hello friends i just bought a MSI notebook for Christmas. And on its first launch i was in the APTIO set up and every time i finish it brings me back to main screen. ive tried every option available. And it always brings me back to the screen. i cant get in the OS.
