670 PE clocks
 
Hello, I jsut received my card from newegg and installed it. At windows startup it detected all drivers and installed them i restarted the computer and it seemed fine. I go in nvidia performance and it says the factory default is 705 mhz graphics clock and 3004 memory clock.

why is it at 705 when it should be at 1019
