USB BOOT TROUBLES WITH HARD

HERE IS MY QUESTION, FOLLLOWING THE STEPS I DONE:

1) WITH THE HELP USB FORMAT, I FORMAT THE 32 GB NEW PENDRIVE IVE BOUGHT
2) AFTER TWO HOURS FINISH THE FORMAT
3) A POP UP MENUE SHOW THE ADVICE: TO BIG VOLUME
4) I RUN THE GRUB4DOS, AND INTALL LIKE THE HELPS ON INTERNET SHOWS
5) OK, SHOW THE CONSOLE OF DOS WITH THE ENTER TO CONTINUE
6) AFTER THAT WHEN I TRY TO COPY THE FILES FROM THE HIRENS BOOT CD ON TO THE PENDRIVE
7) IT SHOW A MESAGGE THAT THE PENDRIVE IS "NOT FORMAT" SO,
8) WHAT I HAVE TO DO:
A.1) FORMAT AGAIN?
A.2) NO SOLUTIONS?

PLEASE I WOULD BE GRATEFULL TO HAVE A QUICKLY ANSWER,

THANKS A LOT,

CAPS LOCK ACTIVATED.
Did you try reformatting it.

Are you formatting it NTFS or fat32? If fat32 you need to do it a special way to work properly.

I am thinking that it is formated for ext3 type

how did you format it in the first place? have you tried to use hirens to formate the pendrive. are you just wanting to make a pendrive hirens boot?
