intel postville ssd died - intel rma process?

I was downloading a steam game last night, left the room while it was downloading, and came back to find that steam had crashed and the drive had vanished from 'my computer'. It doesn't show up in bios either, and would not come up using a usb-sata adapter on another pc. So I figure the drive just died.

The drive still has 2 months warranty on it with intel and I was just wondering what the rma process is with intel. It seems you have to phone their customer support line - no email system? Just wondering if anyone has rma'd through intel lately and can point me in the right direction to get this rma'd.
