hmmm, 4 pin fan connector from PSU, the big peripheral connectors? and we're connecting this, somehow, to a 3 pin fan connector on the MB? hope not, ouch.... we're not confusing this with the CPU fan are we. if the MB bios can't detect any rpm there, that maybe cause for a non-start.

well maybe i didn't explain properly. the wire that i attached my fans to has a small 4-"hole" connector, which is supposed to be attached to the motherboard. It is like one of those small connectors for "on off" and "reset" connectors on the mobo. the issue is, mobo only has 3 pins, while the psu wire (which has all the fans installed) has 4-"holes"
