Asus A8R32-MVP Northbridge Temps?

Well I setup extra fan and reinstalled drivers(gpu). So far so good. Ran 3d 03 and 06 3 times in a row each without problem. Before sometimes would restart during first run but almost always on second. Haven't tried gming yet.. that's next(fingers crossed lol)

Really fixed this time and found out the underlying problem. It wasn't heat related after all. It was the F%^!'n dongle cable. With my rad on back of case I had to switch the slots that my mastercard was in and change pci-e boot sequence. This seemed easy enough. Well after my last restart I went looking into the event veiwer (I know, I know... what a n00b shoulda looked there at first lol) Well it was Atimtm or something to that effect, which meant it was my video cards causing crash. The only thing I hadn't tried was changing the dvi connection on the slave card. This meant a very, very tight squeeze between rad and case. Gonna have to move rad out about 1/4 or 1/2 inch more for better fit. Anyways IT worked. YEAH. I'm such a n00b lol. With overdrive I can max out core and mem and have zero heat issues. Idle at 33 and load at 37. Air was.. idle 45 and 79 load Have had zero issues since my brainstorm ingenious idea of switching dvi connections . Gonna try Ati tool to see how much farther cards will go then try cpu

That's great! A relief to know that things aren't slowly cooking. I'm quite relieved for myself, because if you had heat issues like that, I was really going to when I get water.

Don't get me wrong the fan that I installed really helped my ram and NB. Now I can actually touch them without burning my fingers lol. Should help when I start to OC my cpu more.
