New Build, High Temps?

Hello there,
recently i built my new computer. After installing my ssd, software, games, etc i noticed something was wrong (hopefully i am wrong). The thing is, on my thermal radar software i get two fans listed as red and with "low rpms" these are "chasis fan 1&2" Which are my cooler master megaflow 200m fans at a max of 700rpm.

Motherboard:
ASUS Sabertooth z77.

Graphics Card (may be outdated):
MSI R7950 3GB OC MODEL GRAPHICS CARD

Power Supply:
corsair tx650m power supply

CPU:
Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

RAM:
Corsair low profile vengeance black (16gb 4x4gb)

Hard Drive:
Western Digital Caviar Black WDBAAZ0010HNC-NRSN 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive


Disk Drive:
Sony Combo Drive (non blu ray)


CPU Cooler:
Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler

FANS:

Noctua Cpu Fans X2
Top megaflow red LED 200mm fan X2
Back Exhaust fan 140mm X1
Front fan 200mmX1
Side panel 200mmX1

Are these temps really high?? I haven't even overclocked my CPU, but i plan on doing so.
(Sometimes i hit temps as high as 47C on some components while i play games such at BF3 on ultra)

In bios you can set your fan profile to get them going as fast as possible. You can also set the parameters of the fan speed so that it does show as "red".

Is it good to have fans blowing at full speed constantly or does that wear them out fast? I dont want to hurt my brand new pc haha. Oh and how about the temps? Are they high?

whats your base temp = room temp in the room its in ?

those look fine if room temp is 25 C or there abouts. ?

Yes my room is about somewhere 25c-30c

those are good temps worry when hit 60c and beyound
