Default MS bluetooth mouse lost adapter

I got 2 MS Bluetooth 4000 mouse and my sister lost the BT adapter for one of them. Since BT should be universal, I tried connecting it to a MSI Starkey 2.0. I installed the Broadcom driver and the computer detects the BT dongle but I tried connecting the mouse by holding down the connection button but computer won't see it. Does anyone have experience with MS's BT hardware?

Admin please lock and delete thread. Mouse is not bluetooth. I misread Bluetrack as same as Bluetooth.
