When playing a game, there are occasionally long triangular "spurs" protruding from character figures. Sometimes just one, sometimes several. Usually only my character but sometimes other player characters and non-player characters as well. It does not seem to be consistant, and if the game is closed and restarted the problem disappears. Sometimes it returns, sometimes not.

This is something that ash only started happening within the last few days. It has occurred during games, have not seen it occur during normal application use. The particular game seems irrelevant leading em to think it may be a hardware problem.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Could also be caused by heat. Check that the fans are not clogged up or fan is not dead.
