Case fans won't turn

Hey guys

I've noticed my games started crashing, and now upon investigation i realised my case fans are stopped (case is corsair 650D)... the case comes with three fans (front top and rear)
my rear was removed cuz i put a H50 cooler and the fan is plugged to the motherboard so it spins

the other two big ones (top and front) are connected to the intergated fan controler of the case, which is set at "max"

im sure its not my molex cable that's faulty cuz it's also powering up my cathodes and they are on
so i tried unplugging the fan controler molex connector and putting on another molex power source and i can see the fans budge, but they wont start spinning... like they are missing power or something

If i connect one fan only and help it with a finger, itll start spinning but not fast
if I plug both, they dont even move

i plugged the fans on my motherboard directly and they spin normally

what could be the problem ? should i contact corsair ?

Sounds like the fan controller shorted out and its not giving the fans enough power, I would contact corsair about getting a replacement.

done. corsair is sending me a new fan controller for free

has anyone taken a 650d apart and knows how to take the fan controller out ?
there are two screws to hold it but they are unaccessible
