Have you gone into the administrave event viewer to see any warnings and errors in there and checked them out
Delete and re-install your video card drivers. BCCode 116 is always video related.
No i havent tryed that yet i.will try that when.i get home and people jave been telling.me.its bad ram
That BCC code is always video related. If you've had others which point to ram, then your drivers might be corrupt.
If it keeps doing it after i delete and re install the video card drivers then what should i do then ? And thabks guya for replying
