Default Can't get pins into X Bracket for Thermalright Ultra 90

Has anyone had problems getting the spring loaded pins into the X bracket? (mount under the motherboard bracket)
I purchased a Thermalright Ultra 90 used and I don't know if the seller included the proper pins. No matter how hard I push, the pins don't go in. The pictures isn't very good.

Which CPU are you using? The 775 brackets have side plates that the spring loaded screws go into. They DO NOT go directly into the plates.

Ooops, my bad. I just realized you said ULTRA 90, not ULTIMA 90. The picture I supplied was for an Ultima 90. I believe that my original statement may still be true though.
