Default RMA Assistance Thread!

First and Foremost I would like to state that the following resource (Soullessone21) is in no way representing HWC or the respective company he works for.

The RMA process can sometimes work perfectly and other times it can go astray. Soullessone21 has kindly offered to help in whatever ways he can to assist us in the RMA process.

Shipping will be charged to the owner of the RMA product, usually less then $20 and receipt will be provided to the owner of the Product from CP or Puro as proof of costs)

My own Note:
Please understand that although Soullessone21 will do what he can within his power to help that it obviously has limits, and I would rather him not be pushed away by members abusing what he has offered us.
So my own thought is attempt your RMA process first (or ask for his help how to) and if you encounter issues to seek his assistance in the matter. I would not want to have us the members overstay our welcome on his kindness.

I Would like to start by thanking the HWC team for allowing me to help people on this form.

I have already assisted more then a few of you and am looking forward to helping more and more of you.

Do not hesitate to ask me for help if you need it I am always willing to do all I can to help.

Personal note: I am noticing many many of you have had issues with XFX and Sapphire more then I would of ever expected, if you are having issues with these companies I work with Sapphire's Western North American Rep quite often and play online games with him so I can make their painful RMA Process a lot easier.

My Personal Preferences are Asus and Apple as I work with these two companies direct and am a Certified repair tech for both companies so I can pull more strings with them then any other company.
But I believe pretty much every company that is still around in the It business is great:)

I can tell you one thing, he is a super nice guy who likes to help people. People like myself, someone he has never met, probably will never meet, a complete stranger. I had an issue with a card I bought, I saw a thread about a 6750 and how Soul helped a guy get his broken card RMA'd. I messaged Soul and he was super helpful.

He asked me for my serial number etc, and the issue and stuff and I sent him the pics of the damaged card. he told me he can fix it for me for free of charge. So I shipped it to him, he is going to fix it and send it back to me.

Now why would anyone do that for someone? For fame? cash money? I dont know. He didnt charge me anything and never asked for a penny.

I believe he helps people because he is A GENUINELY GOOD PEOPLE.

I want to thank you Soul for everything. It's very rare to run into good people. There is another good people and his name is dandilioneater, super nice dude as well.

He is a nice person .check this link for more info .he asked me serial number and my address .within 4 days I got a new Sapphire HD 6750 D5 card.he is very fast & really a helpful person. also he sent me a 4gb ddr3 kingston memory as a X'mas gift ..

I would just like to say thanks for helping where he can what he did was just a wicked move on his part and i myself am very proud to see Canadians ( people in general ) always trying to make things easier for others life's no matter what it is good one soul and thanks for anything and everything you may or may not do glad to have you here

This is not a RMA issue but something someone told me about the other day.

A customer said they could not install a raid 0 setup on windows 7.

So I said hell I will try it myself
Got raid all setup
Installed the drive on the windows install then got a error and it said it could not install on this drive
the fix is

Install the driver from the disk when windows install tells you to
Then When you see the raid drive format and partition
after that is done pop the windows disk back in(if you dont put the windows disk in a odd error will keep showing up)
click the Refresh button
BAM!!! the install now says you can install.

Tried this at home first raid setup and got a 7.8 on windows index never seen that before

Just got my 4890 back from Soul, wow, he put in after market arctic accelero twin turbo 2 to fix my card. What a nice guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And on top of that shipped it back super fast, free of charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO VERY MUCH SOUL, now the card idles at 35!
