Weird PSU buzzing problem

I recently brought a brand new computer, but now, my power supply starts buzzing whenever I have the dust filter over it. (never happened before). When you remove the dust filter, the buzzing stops.

I tried blowing dust out the PSU, but to no avail.

The PSU is a Corsair TX650v2 and the dust filter is from the Fractal Design Core 3000 case

Any suggestions is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Edit: If i tilt my computer on one side, the buzzing stops; could it be insufficient airflow?

The computer is on top on two textbooks, roughly the same height(~2.5cm). Like this: _PC_

Rubber Fan mounts ? rubber fan mounts if its the grill that's buzzing. ??


Edit: slide in fan grill. use some cotten cloth around if you can see if its the grill thats ratteling or the PSU.
If its PSU then its more problems like time fore upgrade. ???
