Execution of scripts

i installed a program earlier and when finished config., windows told me "windows shell common DLL has stopped working".
now, i can't get any sound from my speakers.

i found this by searching in my system: "Execution of scripts is disabled on this system"

the problem is i can't find how or where to go to correct this situation.

i thought uninstalling the program would settle the problem, but it did not; i then reinstalled Windows7 , but the problem is still there.

sorry guys, i had been searching for the solution for many hours.

i just tried windows troubleshooting, and it's now all ok. :-)
