asus p8z68-v pro long beep on first start

I just finished a build of a 900w psu, i7 2600k, 4gb x2 of 1600mhz ripjaws, intel 510 series ssd, samsung spinpoint 7200rpm.

When I power it on and it gets to post there is just a long beeping noise until the PC eventually shuts off. It's quite loud and it's kind of like a whine more than a beep and it kind of whimpers before it shuts off.

I'm not sure what to do anymore, I've tried reseating the RAM, I've made sure they are seated correctly, I've tried only one, I've tired both in the correct slots, I've tried just with the ssd, just with the hdd and with both, I've checked the power connectors and I've reset the CMOS and removed the battery and put it back.

Please, help me or at least tell me what I should even RMA.

I'm not sure if my cases' internal speaker is connected properly, It has a 4 pin female connector and I'm not sure where to plug it in on the mobo, I'm not sure if this is causing the issue.

EDIT: Now it beeps constantly and does not turn off and the boot device LED is left on

just try one stick of ram

also check that CLRTC jumper is in the norm position

do you even get a screen?

what bios version your at ? and iRST chipset driver version

and the power connections use the what PSU gives a 1x4 2x4, plug 1x8 wire
if only have 1x4 use the socket close to rear of MB not the front near ram

I just tried my old mobo and it did the same thing, I'm obviously doing something wrong, I don't get a screen. My power connector is plugged into the slot shown above and into the side of the mobo in the long slot.
