Default Weird colored fullscreen freezes

So I just finished my build a few weeks ago and I am having a really weird freeze that I havent figured out what the cause of it is.
So this is whats happening. Whenever I go fullscreen on youtube, VLC, and other fullscreen stuff.
If its a video with alot of snow and most of the screen is white, then my screen will turn white and freeze. If its a greenish scene the screen will turn green and freeze.
Sometimes the sound keeps going while other times it stops.

The weird thing is that the first time I watch the video it freezes. But after I restarted my PC and watch the same file it does not happen.

Specs:
Windows 7 Proffesional 64-bit
Motherboard: Gigabyte P67A-UD3P-B3
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k
GPU: Radeon HD 6950 1GB CrossfireX
Ram: 8GB Vengeance 1600mhz CL9
HDD: Velociraptor 600GB

All my drivers are updated to the latest. BIOS are updated.

Have you tried running each of your GPU's in single card config yet? This will tell you if it's an issue with either card, or an XFire driver/software concern.

It appears that I have a 32 bit flash player. I did not find any 64 bit.
