Default Computer wont sleep/stand by
When my computer is OC'd it wont sleep but when its at stock its perfectly fine.

Specs:
i5 2500k @ 4.7
8gb ram
asus p8p67
wd black 500gb

do i need to enable s3 or something in my bios?

My System Specs

Default
It's a known issue with Sandy Bridge boards and PLL voltage override.

No fix yet.
