i dont think its ram problem... (but thank you for offering tho)

i assume its was mobo... just read at newegg... so i will ask asus rep...

good. btw, you did take a look at the socket before dropping cpu in right?

hold it at an angle, and go back and forth. i do that with any mobo that doesnt already have a cpu
in it and of course if of the lga type. else i do that with the cpu

i am 100% sure the mobo is dead...

after test with no gpu and ram then reset them back AND every light is just short one... its really strange now...

so you have the mobo out the case on your table?

look at the cpu socket.

look at the components. ive seen some reports of doa on these but nothing alarming or unusual

yes i slided the thicken cardboard under mobo... and still same...

geez... i dont feel like to take out the cpu out and take a look at it... what if the cpu is good? then how do i know if its dead...?

unles there is physical, or more rarely electrical damage...i.e. board blows the fets and cpu with it,
chances are its ok. you can look at the cpu pcb, and under see if anythings a miss but its really difficult.

i am sure there is no phsically problem like i handle it very careful... not hit it with screw or something...

i take out cmos batter and will test it later...

ok i go ahead to remove the cpu and find out that there is no bent pins... assume its dead...

geez... i hate to wait for one month... any suggest better mobo with less problem unlike x58 sabertooth?
