the 4 lights on the MB for CPU phrases are turned on. the bridge is tight and secured. my PSU has 2 4 pin PCI for GPUS and then 2 4 pin +2 for GPUS as well. all are connected and read PCI.

i still get reboots when i hit desktop, sometimes it freezes in BIOS as well.
