Disconnect your case's power button from your motherboard. Also the reset button. You can manually bridge the pins for a moment to turn it on.

Also, he means did you test it outside of the case now that you got the replacement, I think. Because if you have not then you really should.

Yeah, I've tried the replacement out of the case... Manually bridging the power switch pins results in the same looping.

What is the wattage of that psu?
Im thinking its something to do with the psu.
Try removing the 460 and see if it boots.

As stated in my original post, the PSU is 750W.
I've tried without the 460.

I've RMA'ed the power supply now ($30 shipping?!!) and the problem still exists.
We have ruled out power supply and motherboard. Could it be faulty RAM? CPU? I'm getting so fed up, I'm about to sell all of it and start new.

yes,anything can be at fault.

thats why its best to spend 20 bucks in a shoppe and check your shizzle..:)
