Details: Tracking number didn't always show up on their website.
Emailed them for status and they gave me an 800 number. Called the 800 number and it's crappy automated answer system. It wanted the phone number I used to submit the rebate? It's a mail in rebate and I mailed it in.

Ouch. Since you bought through NCIX, create a Customer Support ticket with the Rebate Issues category. They'll likely contact Asus, who'll contact the Rebate company and get this sorted out =).

Edit: The online rebate tracking worked as the MIR was churning through their system, but between the time they received my documentation and the time I got the rebate, I was given no indication as to what was going on with the rebate.

Maybe we could add an extra bit if you want to name the MIR house that the company used? There's only about 3 major MIR centres in North America that are used by tech companies, and AFAIK, a large chunck of the big ones, used the same one, so for the most part, experiences with companies using the same house, should be the same.

For instance, all three above, Asus, OCZ, EVGA as well as Gigabyte,
all us "4myrebate" and requires shipping to San Diego,

XFX, Patriot, use Rebate Zone, which I believe is also partially handled by the company themselves.

MSI and Power Color (TUL Corp.) handle their own in CA (USA)

Corsair, Cooler Master & Mushkin uses Velocity for CAN customers, which is based out of ON.
