Default Won't boot with USB in front port?

Hey everyone, this is my third scratch computer build and I have yet to come across something like this. If I have anything plugged into the Right most front USB port on my Raven RV02 case it wont boot, the left USB port is fine, but the right one will cause a "no keyboard is plugged in" error. I'm sure its probably something minor that I have overlooked but I can't seem to find the root cause. Computer Specs are Below:

Mobo: Evga x58 SLI
CPU: i7 930@3.2Ghz
PSU: Silverstone Strider 850w
Case: Silverstone Raven RV-02
Storage: 1x OZC vertex 2 60gb, 1x WD 1TB Caviar Green, 1x 640gb Caviar Black.

Ok, good to know, it's not terribly important, I did do a little bit more fiddling with it though and found that I will boot with a USB drive or cable plugged into that slot, but not anything that has buttons. (joypads, mice, etc) Quite odd.
