It'll give you a graphical image of what's taking up space on your SSD, this is from my 80GB Intel that's about 50GB full
As you can see on the left side is taken up by OS files and there's not a lot can be done except for the memory dump file (highlighted @ top). Running something like CCleaner and the likes will clear out temp files, WindowsUpdate stuff, etc., but no big chunks that can be easily taken out.
However on the right side, lots of stuff can be moved if I needed to make room.
