Default Strange powerbrick sounds on laptop

So every now and again I can hear my brick from my laptop buzz, and I though nothing of it, although just recently iv just noticed every time I touch my touchpad, then let go it will quickly buzz, and only then.

Should I be worried, or no biggy? Cant seem to find the issue with my laptop anywhere...
