could this be a game problem or a video driver problem?

http://img824.imageshack.us/img824/7...1509420642.jpgthis is a screen shot of my player standing in the rain this only happens when it is raining, my vid card is a nvid 285 is this a video driver issue? I searched google and found no other people having problems with the gothic 4 game I won't bother to post a screen shot when it isn't raining in game because it is normal without any problemshttp://img824.imageshack.us/img824http://yfrog.com/mwarcania2010121509420642j

That may be a game settings issue. Try messing with some of the graphic's options in Gothic 4. Looks like horrible pixellation.

Edit: Also, make sure you don't have some options like AA or transparency aa forced with the nvidia drivers.
