new PC build windows install trouble

so basically just finished building my new PC and I setup the bios, poped in my windows install disk it got to the logo screen and hanged so i reset the computer. now whenever I try to install windows after it hits the windows logo screen it goes to this windows boot manager screen and It won't let me install windows
windows 7 64 bit home

i7 950

asus sabertooth

6 gigs dominator

580 gtx

cosair hx1000

try each stick of memory. if the install work with 1 stick then put the 2 other back ( after whole process ) and if the computer work fine then...you are good.

i enabled ACPI in bios and it's installing now Im such a noob
