Default beep codes and no video

Alright so I just put in a g31m-es2l. First yes there is no ram in it, I have to drop by the computer store and get some I just want to make sure this is the problem before I buy it. I was wondering if the no screen, the 3 beep tones followed by a constant beep tone would all be caused by the ram not being present. I am using the on board VGA.

You can not post without at least one memory stick. The beep codes should be in the manual.

Edit: Manual here: http://download.gigabyte.ru/manual/m...%29_v2.3_e.pdf

1 long, 3 short is missing keyboard error. Page 77
