Well, I thought I'd update this.

I sent in my board for RMA and just received a replacement today. I got a completely different board (still a P5Q-E) so I guess the other one was cooked. I'll update the RMA thread...

Well, I got my stable 4.0 GHz OC back with this board. Seems this board also regulates vcore a little better than my other board did so it may be possible to squeak more out of this proc if I had the cooling for it.

It appears to be identical to the one I sent back...although, this one may be a different revision as I can't remember the revision of my original one...
