Default Direct Canada RMA Address (Already shipped. Its been about a month)

Okay so I shipped back my xbox capture card from Direct canada after waiting quite a while for RMA approval and for some reason I still haven't got a refund. I shipped the package on Septermber 3rd. The trouble is on The 24th of Sept they said they didn't have it.

The ticket I recieved
9/24/2010 1:55 PM - Joe (Korban)

Subject: Wonder when will I get my refund
Hi, Benji. It seems that our returns department has not yet received the item. If this has already been sent back, please provide us with the tracking details and courier that was used for shipment. If this hasn't been sent back to us, please note that the RMA has already expired, and if the item has not yet arrived, we will not likely be able to process a refund on this.

If you do have any other questions, just let us know.

Email them back with the tracking number showing delivery. Then you should get your refund.

Okay turns out I sent it to the wrong address. But what really pisses me off is the fact that on their rma screen after it gets approve there's a link to [RMA terms and shipping labels] although there are NO SHIPPING LABELS!!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHERE TO SHIP IT? I shipped it back to where it came from which was their warehouse...
